Before You Sign
What to check inside a rental report
Look for repeated patterns across resident reports: noise, maintenance response, AC/cooling, moisture, pests, security, parking, hidden fees, deposit handling, and whether residents would rent the exact unit again.
- Search the exact address and unit number when you have it.
- Compare building-level patterns with exact-unit reports.
- Ask for repair history and fees in writing before signing.
- Document move-in condition with photos if you decide to rent.
